How Customers Opt In

Customers who have booked a service with sunxero receive a check-in link at sunxero.com/checkin. On the "Your Info" step of that form, customers may check an optional, unchecked checkbox to receive appointment and service text messages from sunxero.

Checking the box is not required to submit the check-in form or to receive service. Customers who do not check the box will not receive automated text messages from sunxero.

Types of Messages We Send

Customers who opt in may receive the following types of text messages:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Drop-off location details and instructions
• Job status updates (e.g., work started, work in progress)
• Job-complete notice, including a link to review and pay the balance
• Payment receipts
• Replies to questions you send us by text

Message Frequency and Rates

• Message frequency varies based on your appointment and service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

• To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any sunxero text message.
• To re-subscribe: Reply START or UNSTOP.
• For help: Reply HELP or contact us directly.
