$50RESPONSE GUARANTEE TERMS

To activate the $50 Response Guarantee, the customer must send a text message to 949-786-9376 containing their name, callback number, vehicle year, make and model, and requested service. The 24-hour response period begins only after sunxero receives a complete text containing all required information. Missed calls, incomplete texts, social-media messages, emails, website submissions, and voicemails without the required follow-up text do not activate the guarantee.

Sunxero’s response obligation is fulfilled when, within 24 consecutive hours of receiving the qualifying text, sunxero sends a personalized return text or attempts a return call and sends a follow-up text. Actual two-way or mutual contact is not required. If the customer does not answer, has a full or inactive voicemail box, blocks the call or text, provides inaccurate contact information, or otherwise cannot be reached, the customer will not earn the credit when sunxero’s timestamped call or text records show a timely response attempt. Automatic delivery failures, carrier delays, device issues, and circumstances outside sunxero’s reasonable control do not constitute a failure to respond.

The $50 service credit applies exclusively toward a qualifying full-vehicle ceramic window tint installation. Glass roofs and sunroofs are excluded. The qualifying service subtotal must be at least $875 at standard retail pricing before taxes, fees, and application of the $50 credit.

The credit cannot be combined with coupons, promotional pricing, discounted rates, package discounts, negotiated pricing, rebates, service credits, or any other offer. Choosing discounted pricing makes the transaction ineligible for the $50 credit.

Limit one credit per customer, household, phone number, vehicle, and transaction. The credit has no cash value, is nontransferable, cannot be sold, refunded, exchanged, or applied retroactively, and is valid only after eligibility is verified by sunxero using its call and text records.

The qualifying installation must be reserved and completed through sunxero. Cancellation, failure to appear, failure to satisfy the minimum purchase requirement, or changing to a nonqualifying service voids the credit.

Sunxero may modify or discontinue this offer prospectively at any time. Any qualifying offer activated before a published change will be governed by the terms displayed when the qualifying text was received.
